- My hotel room was too small! It was tiny! OMG! SMALL!!!
- (Insert Place Here) was crowded!
- Hotel proprietors didn't speak enough English! (Even when the same review mentions that they spoke enough to be helpful.)
- Rooms are dated/old. (I think this is a cultural expectation? Here it seems like nicer hotels re-do their decor every 5-10 years?)
- I wasn't allowed to take pictures! (Usually in a holy site or museum... Uh, that happens everywhere.)
- Food is scary.
- Tourist attraction was too touristy?

Haha - I always eyeroll when I see "my room was so small!" Maybe don't bring nine suitcases and then you'll fit perfectly!
ReplyDeleteHahaha. You could also realize, I don't know, that until recently most Japanese were a bit smaller than Americans. Or that land costs a lot. ^,^; Every forum guide I read says "pack light"! Wonder why?
